Dr. Earl J. Motzer
Earl has over 60 years of experience supporting law enforcement, 50 years in healthcare and 41 years in academia. He volunteers full-time, helping various government agencies on national security matters since retiring. Earl is an author and has provided leadership to numerous organizations. Currently, he is the Chair of the FBI InfraGard National Members Alliance Countering Human Trafficking and Forced Labor Cross Sector Council.

Dr. Jeanne Allert
Jeanne has had an eclectic career as a teacher, designer, director, and consultant. She's also an international speaker, author, and adjunct faculty. She founded The Samaritan Women and is Executive Director, focused on combating domestic human trafficking. Jeanne is part of the Department of Homeland Security Blue Campaign and FBI Citizen’s Academy. Her work has been featured in articles and a documentary. She created the Institute for Shelter Care in 2018 to improve services for victims of sexual exploitation.

Bonnie Wheeler
Bonnie is a former Deputy Sheriff with Hardin County and has a criminal justice background from Elizabethtown Community College and Eastern Kentucky University. She now serves as a Multidisciplinary Enhancement Program Coordinator at Silverleaf Sexual Trauma & Recovery Services. Bonnie is an active member of the State of Kentucky Human Trafficking Task Force and The End Human Trafficking Rotary Club of District 6710, having held positions as Secretary, Treasurer, and President.

Rick Nord
Technical Staff Assistant
Rick has been with the US Secret Service since 2000 and has held various roles, including Critical Infrastructure Specialist and technical security agent. He was Counterintelligence Program Manager from 2006 to 2008. He joined the Louisville Field Office in 2008 as coordinator of the KY Electronic Crimes. Currently, Rick is supervisor of the KY Cyber Fraud Task Force and an Ambassador for the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. He educates youth on social media dangers, exploitation, and trafficking.
