The 4th Quarter IKMA meeting will be held at the FBI Louisville Field Office on Thursday, Nov. 21, 2024. Don’t miss this opportunity to visit the Louisville Field Office. This meeting is only for current InfraGard Kentucky Members Alliance.
· Pre-registration is required. Registration URL and QR Code available below.
· Registration deadline is Noon ET, Thursday, November 5, 2024, to allow time for vetting.
· All potential participants will be vetted by the FBI prior to approval to attend.
· Seating is limited to 70 participants.
Registrations will be supplied to the FBI weekly. Approved attendees will be notified by email no later than November 19th. The sooner you register, the sooner you will get confirmation. The registration link is below.

10:30: Doors open. Please enter the security gate by 11:00. Leave phones and smart devices in your vehicles.
10:30 – 11:00: Networking. Get to know your fellow IKMA Members.
11:00 – 11:15: Food is served.
11:15 – 11:30: Opening Board Member Comments.
11:30 – 12:15: FBI Presentation #1.
12:15 – 1:00: FBI Presentation #2.

This agenda is subject to change as we finalize logistics with the FBI Field Office.
Food:
Lunch will be served at 11:00. We are looking for a full food sponsor or a partial food sponsor. For more information about sponsoring, please email Kentucky@InfraGardNational.com. If IKMA provides the meal, it will consist of Chick-fil-A chicken, baked beans, potato salad, chips, tea, lemonade, soda, and cookies. Sponsors will be given an opportunity to speak about their company for 5 – 10 minutes and received a token of gratitude from IKMA.
Future meetings:
After meeting with SAC Stansbury and ASAC Barnett, I am excited about next year’s meeting potential. We are discussing various meeting locations, topics, speakers, and demonstrations. More information will be provided at November’s meeting.
